- ANTHEM: Merge onto I-17 S. Merge onto AZ-101 Loop E via EXIT 214C. Take the Hayden Rd exit, EXIT 35. Turn left onto N Hayden Rd. Turn left onto E Thompson Peak Pkwy. 7960 E THOMPSON PEAK PKWY is on the right.
- PHOENIX: Merge onto AZ-51 N. Merge onto AZ-101 Loop E via EXIT 15A. Take the Hayden Rd exit, EXIT 35. Turn left onto N Hayden Rd. Turn left onto E Thompson Peak Pkwy. 7960 E THOMPSON PEAK PKWY is on the right.
- CHANDLER/GILBERT: Merge onto AZ-202 Loop W. Merge onto AZ-101 Loop N via EXIT 50A. Take the Hayden Rd exit, EXIT 35. Turn right onto N Hayden Rd. Turn left onto E Thompson Peak Pkwy. 7960 E THOMPSON PEAK PKWY is on the right.
- GLENDALE/PEORIA/SURPRISE: Merge onto the AZ 101 Loop North. Take the Hayden Rd exit, EXIT 35. Turn left onto N Hayden Rd. Turn left onto E Thompson Peak Pkwy. 7960 E THOMPSON PEAK PKWY is on the right.
- CAVE CREEK: Head South bound on Scottsdale Rd. Turn Left onto Thompson Peak Pkwy and turn left into The Offices at Grayhawk.

Directions:
- ANTHEM: Merge onto I-75 S. Continue on I-17 S toward Glendale. Take exit 19 from AZ-101 Loop West. Take N 59th Avenue and W Union Hills Drive until you reach the office.
- PHOENIX: Get on I-17 N/US-60 W from W Washington Street and W Adams Street. Follow I-17 N to N Black Canyon Highway. Take exit 214A-213B from I-17 N. Follow W Union Hills Drive toward Glendale until you reach the office.
- CHANDLER/GILBERT: Take AZ-101 Loop N from E Chandler Blvd. Follow AZ-101 Loop N to W Beardsley Rd in Glendale. Take exit 19 from AZ-101 Loop N. Take N 59th Avenue and W Union Hills Drive until you reach the office.
- GLENDALE/PEORIA/SURPRISE: Head northwest on Grand Avenue. Turn right onto N 67th Avenue. Turn right onto W Union Hills Drive. Turn left onto N 64th Drive. Turn right and then almost immediately right again. The office will be on the left.
- CAVE CREEK: Drive from E Cave Creek Rd and AZ-101 Loop W to Glendale. Remain on this road for 23 miles. Turn left onto N 59th Avenue and then right onto W Union Hills Drive. The office will be on the left.
